Whether you have lived in Birmingham all your life, are studying at one of our five universities, or are just visiting for a day, you will have a great time on tour. Guides are local people with a wealth of knowledge and  who deliver informative and fun tours of the city.

We look at early development right up to the present day. From industrial growth in Georgian times, the coming of the canals, then on to Victorian times where the town developed as a world producer of metal goods but also had to cope with issues of huge success. Moving into the 20th Century the Brutalist concrete architecture and today the way the city is moving forward.
