Canterbury Tales - Knights Tale
The Canterbury Tales sees pilgrims meeting at the Tabard Inn in South London in 1386 and heading off to Canterbury with many stories to share as they travel. These six prints illustrate the Knight's Tale which is the first one to be told. Sir Edward Burne-Jones was clearly very keen on this story as he gave us six illustrations to go with it.
